导管消融终止持续性心房颤动的预测因素

摘要(Abstract):

导管消融治疗持续性心房颤动(简称房颤)中,房颤终止和转复窦性心律是理想的手术终点。但并非所有持续性房颤导管消融均能终止房颤,术前优化入选持续性房颤患者导管消融十分重要。目前对房颤导管消融术中终止的预测因素包括术前和术中指标,其中,房颤持续时间、左房大小、通过体表心电图测量的房颤周长及超声测量的左心耳收缩速度属于术前预测指标,可为术前评估提供参考;心腔内测量房颤周长属于术中预测指标,可为术中的消融策略及消融程度提供指导。
