心房静止是心房心肌病中的一种特殊类型，发生心动过缓时常表现为无P波的交界区逸搏心律，往往诊断为窦性停搏或房室传导阻滞，心房起搏大多不能有效夺获。易发生血栓栓塞事件，应积极给予抗凝治疗。
