双腔无导线起搏器的研究进展

摘要:

双腔无导线起搏器的临床应用标志着心脏起搏技术迈入“全腔内植入时代”。Aveir DR通过i2i双向通信技术实现电信号级联传导、主动螺旋固定技术优化心房锚定、结合低功耗电路与可回收设计,系统性突破了单腔无导线起搏器在房室同步性与适应证范围的局限。现有临床证据表明,双腔无导线起搏器在房室同步效能、安全性及电学参数稳定性方面显著提升。未来研究需聚焦于:右心房解剖适配性优化、长期血栓风险及电池续航能力的循证验证、心房生理性起搏与血流动力学整合的深入探索。
